I have a varied background within IT over many years, including many aspects of sales, administration and finance and currently occupy the role of Finance Manager here at Netsource. I joined back in 1996 shortly after the inception of the company and have worked closely with Nick Paul.
In the early years of Netsource, I was responsible for setting up many of the systems and procedures, some of which we still use today. I keep an eye on the recruitment industry’s ever changing legal responsibilities and assist all our recruitment consultants to ensure the company’s compliance with the law. Also, as members of the REC, it’s important to keep everyone “in the know” about such subjects as IR35, AWR and Conduct of Employment Agencies Regulations.

When I’m not at work, I’m usually being a mum-taxi for my daughter who takes part in lots of dancing and drama classes as well as cheerleading competitions all over the UK. I dabble in a bit of singing with my local Pantomime company. I love to unwind by pottering around at home with my 3 cats, doing a bit of gardening.
