I started in IT & Telecoms industry in London in 1988. In those days, voice communications, fledgling data communications, networking and IT were all very separate entities. The skills technical skills required by our clients were very different to those of today, but the principles of good recruitment and service provision remain the same.
I set up Netsource in 1996, following a successful career with a couple of specialist agencies, when I set up teams and new offices, as well as continuing to develop my own clients. Two of us in a cramped office kicked off the business, growing the company to a £2.5 m enterprise by the end of the first year. We continued to grow both within the UK and overseas. We now have a subsidiary business in the US, based in New York, with exciting growth plans.

I am a family man & when I am not at the office you will find me up a big hill on a bike, on skis or on foot. Ideally an inviting pub in the close vicinity! I enjoy the physical challenge, fresh air and comradery.
