In light of the potential impact related to COVID-19, I feel it’s important to update you on our business continuity infrastructure.
Our business continuity plans are well tested and designed to cover many areas including pandemic impact.
We are confident that our plans will mitigate impact to contractors and clients and have been designed specifically to minimise workflow interruption. Netsource has secondary back up locations with full operational infrastructure. If necessary, all of our staff are able to comfortably carry on working remotely, at home, with full access to office phone calls and the use of computer equipment, linked to other staff and their work product via Microsoft Office Sharepoint.
We are confident that any further widespread developments will have little effect on our day to day operations, including sales, contract management, accounts payable and receivable.
We will to keep all our stakeholders, including contractors and clients up to date with the latest government guidance and are here to support any queries you may have.
