There will be ups and downs in recruitment, so we are looking for someone who has the resilience to get back up from the everyday knocks that occur. With the support from our team, the financial rewards can be massive. Earning potential of 25k-30k in your first year if you have the passion and desire to go the extra mile.

Our recruitment package is structured to allow a high earning with an uncapped commission scheme. Hard work is rewarded and we have many organized (and unorganised) team nights out. Every month we have a sales meeting and often try to go out after this for a few drinks. In the past our incentives have included Go Karting, nights out and even indoor skydiving!

What will I be doing?

Recruitment is Sales!

We invest heavily in training our IT Recruitment Consultants and helping them to become experts within the specialism in which they recruit. We have a commitment to the training and development of our staff and offer our Consultants a well-defined career path.
Our success depends on your success and we will give you 100% support, training and development to help you achieve the success you desire and financial benefits as a result. The recruitment process can be broken down into many parts, including business development, resourcing, candidate management, negotiation, account management, amongst others. Your first three months will involve training both on the job and one to one in all the core areas to provide you with all the skills you will need to succeed.
