Government Business Analyst

My Central Government client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work on supporting a number of procurements to establish contracts that support their digital resource requirements over the next two years. The initial contract will be six months, with scope to extend for a further twelve months, depending on need and performance. As a specialist you will be required to capture and analyse digital requirements to build resource profiles, procurement documents, including analysing the right procurement route to put in place contracts that meets their current and future digital procurement needs.
If successful you will be required to be based on site in London five days a week to work along side and be part of the Digital Procurement Team, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
In order to be successful you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Strong Business Analysis background, with evidence of working on large procurements for Digital services or resources.
Experience of working with Government Procurement Frameworks and procedures.
A strong background and evidence of being able to define business and technical requirements in conjunction with business stakeholders as part of a government procurement.
Evidence of translating complex technical requirements into procurement documents and invitation to tender.
Demonstrable experience of engaging with suppliers and stakeholders to agree process designs.
As this is a government based contract ideally you will already hold SC security clearance, or the ability to be cleared to SC level as a minimum.
